How do I change or reset my password?
To reset your password, go to the account/login page. On the login form, click the link that says “Lost your password?” Or, click here to reset your password.

Shipping

What is the cost of shipping?
Generally, shipping is $16-20 (depending on option selected) to BC, AB and SK. Shipping is $26-30 (depending on option selected) to all other provinces and territories.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped with Canada Post from the West Coast and take 1-4 business days to arrive. (depending on distance and option selected)

Signatures & Safe Drop

Orders under $700 are generally sent with no signature required .The delivery person might just leave it at your door. If you want them not to drop at your door, mark as No Safe Drop in the order notes. Orders over $700 will likely be sent with Signature Required. If you’re not home it would then be carded to the nearest postal outlet for you to pickup. If you don’t want the extra step of having to sign for it, also make a note in the comments when you make your order.

I can’t find the product I am looking for.

How should my products be stored?
Always refer to the product label or product description on the website for any special storage conditions. Cool, dry conditions are best; and refrigeration can extend product life. Hot and/or humid conditions, such as those found in bathrooms and kitchens, may shorten product life.

What is the “Best By” date that is printed on products?
The Best By date refers to the date recommended that you use the product by for best physical and/or sensory quality. It is not an expiration date, but rather the date by which the producer recommends consumption.

Products dated 2021 or earlier are labelled with manufacture dates. Products labelled 2023 or later are labelled with expiry dates.

Ordering

When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receiving payment but may take up to 2 business days depending on stock and order volume. Orders paid for by 12pm PST will ship same day*. Disruptions in shipping times may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Does Brio accept returns?
All orders from Brio Market are final sale. If you have an issue or concern with your order, please contact us.

Payment

What methods of payment can I use?
Currently, payments are only accepted through Interac E-Transfer. We are working on making other payment methods available.

How do I pay for my order?
Please see your banking provider for details on how to use Interac E-Transfer with your account.

  1. All payments are to be sent by Interac e-transfer to payments@briomarket.com
  2. Include your order number in the comments section of your Interac e-transfer.
  3. Send the transfer. Your transfer will automatically be deposited and your order will be marked as processing once reviewed, at which time you will receive an email letting you know!

Your order will not be shipped we have reviewed your order and payment.
