REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your products for any reason you may contact us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.

RETURNS

While you may apply for a refund, store credit, or an exchange, we do no require you to physically return your product.

REFUNDS

All refunds must be requested within seven (7) days of receipt of product. After fourteen (14) days of receipt you may apply for an exchange or store credit.

To obtain a refund, please email customer service at hello@briomarket.com to obtain a refund, exchange or store credit. After receiving your refund authorization, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your refund authorization to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
